With a solid career in organizational leadership and talent management, Violeta Ramírez de Alejandro has built a path focused on promoting human development and corporate culture across various sectors. She currently serves as Partner of Talent and Organizational Culture at Celebrus Consulting, where she leads people-centered strategies as the driving force of innovation.

A graduate of the EGADE – UNC Charlotte MBA in Global Business & Strategy, Violeta combines an international vision with a human perspective on business, striving to strengthen purpose-driven teams and foster conscious leadership within organizations.

In addition to her work in consulting, she serves as Forum Leader in Monterrey for Renaissance Executive Forums (REF), where she guides executives and business leaders through spaces for strategic reflection and collaborative leadership development. She is also a member of the Culture, Talent, and Human Meaning Committee at ERIAC, contributing to the promotion of practices that strengthen corporate culture in Mexico.

In 2021, she received the Outstanding Young Alumna Award, presented by the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte—an honor recognizing graduates who have made a significant impact in their field and have a promising future in the business world.

Reflecting on her time at EGADE Business School, Violeta recalls this experience as a turning point in her career:

“It profoundly transformed my leadership style and my understanding of the impact that business can and should have on society,” she shared.

She added that the program’s global and strategic approach, along with a collaborative and continuous learning environment, allowed her to redefine her concept of leadership.

“EGADE taught me to adopt a much broader and more conscious perspective of the role of business as an agent of change. I learned that a successful organization not only measures its growth in terms of profitability but also in how it positively impacts its employees, the community, and the environment,” she emphasized.

This learning experience motivated her to integrate sustainability and social responsibility practices into every project, reaffirming her commitment to ethical and human-centered leadership. “My time at EGADE not only provided me with tools to make more informed strategic decisions but also reaffirmed my commitment to ethical leadership and to using human capital as the main driver of positive change,” she stated.

Today, through her role at Celebrus Consulting and her involvement in multiple leadership platforms, Violeta drives projects that reflect the values she acquired during her education: global vision, social responsibility, and human development. Her story represents the essence of an EXATEC EGADE who leads with purpose and transforms with empathy.
