INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS | EGADE BUSINESS SCHOOL
A total of 22 faculty members from EGADE Business School and the School of Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey were recognized in the 2026 call of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNII).
The recognition, granted by the Secretariat for Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation (Secihti), honors researchers with strong academic trajectories, high-quality scientific output and contributions to the development of new generations of scholars.
Below is the complete list of recognitions:
New admissions
- Level I: Carlos Acuña Ocampo, Claudia Patricia Álvarez Barrera and Jairo Alonso Orozco Triana.
- Candidate: Alysha Kate Shivji, Edgardo Cayón Fallon, Hugo Alberto Álvarez Pérez, Jatinder Jit Singh Kaur, Jesús Enrique Molina Muñoz, Julian Eduardo Bucheli Sandoval, Lilia Patricia López Vázquez, Luciana Carla Manfredi, Luis Jacob Escobar Saldívar, Silvana María Dakduk Valle, Susana Lozano Esparza and Yenny Naranjo Tuesta.
Promotions
- From Level I to Level II: María de la Paz Toldos Romero.
Renewals
- Level II: José Antonio Núñez Mora and René Cabral Torres.
- Level I: Delia Lizette Huezo Ponce, Elliott Tyler Kruse, Lorena de la Paz Carrete Lucero and Sascha Fürst.
With these new admissions, promotion and renewals, which take effect on January 1, 2027, EGADE Business School and the School of Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey will increase from 61 to 65 faculty members with current SNII recognition.
Of this total, 1 is a National Researcher Emeritus, 13 are Level II National Researchers, 32 are Level I National Researchers, and 19 are Candidates.
